Position Description

THE WORK: The Plenty Operations Associate will support Plenty’s vision and initiatives by;

  1. Exemplifying Plenty’s values, vision, and strategy. Immersing in our market, audience, and offerings.
  2. Supporting the leadership team with communication and email correspondence, scheduling, meeting management, travel, vendor relationships, and project management.
  3. Coding expenses and ensuring they are accurate for billing.
  4. Coordinating the logistics of Plenty’s events at HeartSpace, our retreat and meeting space in Park City, Utah.
  5. Managing conference attendance, speaking prep, audience engagement and follow-up.
  6. Utilizing technology proficiently and expediently (such as Basecamp, Box, MS Applications – especially Word, PPT, Excel, and Outlook).
  7. Acting as the quarterback for project coordination and teamwork.
  8. Representing the leadership team and the company to partners, clients, and guests.
  9. Finding new ways for us to grow and flourish, and then leading those special projects with enthusiasm.

WE'RE A GOOD FIT IF: You live in or close to Park City, UT and have experience working with executive management, start-ups and fast-paced social caused ventures. You have excellent communication skills – in written and spoken form. You enjoy administrative and operations work and love using technology to get things done. You have work and/or life experience working with senior leadership and high-powered executives, managing programs and events, sales, and coordinating initiatives in non-profit or for-profit environments. You thrive in a collaborative culture. You have proven experience getting things done quickly and with excellence. You want to contribute to making a profound positive difference in the world and you are interested in personal and professional growth. You are, of course, really personable and intrinsically motivated. And most importantly – you want to be a part of a team that works with their head and hearts to create a better world.
