Since we were born, we've been called to create a world of plenty for everyone. While we might not have always used those terms, we've always been dreamers and doers, hoping to make a massive positive difference.
Our paths first crossed in 1999 at Campus Pipeline, a start-up technology company destined to revolutionize higher education by creating the unified digital campus. We instantly recognized each other as kindred spirits aligned in common purpose. The work at Campus Pipeline was fast, fulfilling, and fun.
Jennifer stayed throughout several acquisitions and mergers to become Innovation Officer and General Manager of Professional Services for SunGard, a Fortune 500 company (now called Ellucian). Jeff moved on to become the Vice President of Production at Pallotta Teamworks and later, the co-founder and CEO of Event 360. All the while, the two of us remained connected in our yearning for meaning, awakening, connection, and a better world.
We re-united in 2015 and picked up where we had left off without skipping a beat. This time around, we felt more urgency and commitment to accomplish our shared mission of a world of abundance – and we had another 15 years of experience and wisdom to dedicate to it.
Our vision is a world in which there is plenty for everyone — plenty of health, hope, happiness, and fulfillment. We help conscious leaders make a positive difference in the world. We do it in a way that integrates the masculine and feminine, the head and heart, the professional and personal, and intuition and intellect in everything we do.
We work with people from all walks of life — executives, teachers, doctors, philanthropists, architects, artists — and teams of all shapes and sizes to help them realize abundance in revenue, impact, and fulfillment. The insights are simple and profound: we can’t change the world until we change ourselves. And yet, we are what we seek. We already have everything we need.
We travel extensively, speaking, leading, and facilitating individual and organizational transformation. When we are not onsite with clients, we are hosting retreats and workshops at HeartSpace, our retreat center in beautiful Park City, Utah, or managing our engagements from our darling storefront office in the beach community of Michigan City, Indiana.
