More About Me
I light up when I'm in the mountains or at the beach and find so much joy in being a mom, writing, doing hot yoga, being in nature, traveling, meeting amazing people, bringing mindfulness and spirituality into business, and helping others see and share their light.
Ever since I can remember, I've been dedicated to raising the consciousness of people on the planet. Since I was about ten, I've had a deep-seated fascination for esoteric and spiritual study, energy medicine, whole-person healing, and human potential. Being trained in Reiki, Theta Healing, Matrix Energetics, shamanic medicine, meditation, dreamwork, intuitive development, and four decades of lived experiences has helped me facilitate deep transformation for the conscious leaders and companies I work with.
For the last decade, my business partner, Jeff Shuck, and I have helped thousands of conscious leaders, businesses, and non-profits grow in revenue, impact, and fulfillment. Before becoming co-owner of Plenty, I founded and ran several other companies focused on executive coaching and bridging the gap between information and impact in healthcare, technology, and wellbeing. Before those entrepreneurial voyages, I was Chief Innovation Officer and General Manager of Consulting at SunGard, a Fortune 500 company.
I earned my B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science, Psychology, and Coaching from the University of Utah. I spent three years in D1 lacrosse and field hockey at the University of Delaware. I later brought the sport of women's lacrosse to Utah through my first non-profit organization, teaching women leadership, teamwork, and initiative on and off the field.
Having lived in Park City, Utah, for nearly three decades, I cherish every moment spent in our beautiful mountain town with my husband and two children. The opportunity to embrace an outdoor, healthy lifestyle surrounded by family and friends fills me with gratitude every day.
