A Standing Tradition, Now Shared

For the past ten years, we’ve held a standing Awesome Hour with each other—a daily check-in where we reflect, share, and support what's present. Through those years, we’ve realized how much we crave intentional connection with other conscious leaders. We also heard from many of our Lantern Retreat graduates and clients that you were looking for a space to align with your purpose, reconnect with your light, and feel truly seen.

That’s why we decided to open the Awesome Hour to all of you. And what a gift to spend this first one together! Whether you joined us live or are tuning in via our Plenty for Everyone podcast, we’re grateful for your presence.

Creating Space for Alignment

As we gathered, we set the stage for the next month, welcoming in March as a time of planting seeds—seeds of intention, renewal, and transformation. Just as the natural world begins to thaw and prepare for new growth, we can also be intentional about what we nurture.

During our time together, we shared reflections, meditated, and calmed. Some of the themes that emerged:

• Trusting what expands us—following what feels good, natural, and exciting.

• Letting go of old habits, roles, and energies that don’t serve us anymore.

• Being patient in the growth process—just because we don’t see the sprout doesn’t mean the seed isn’t germinating.

• Allowing ourselves to listen deeply to what we need and want.
