What's On My Heart and Mind
I am captivated by beauty and positivity. I love sharing what I see and experience when the spirit moves me. I don't believe we live a personal and professional life - we live one life. Here's some of my recent posts on Insta.
Meet Jen
I light up when I'm in the mountains or at the beach and find so much joy in being a mom, writing, doing hot yoga, being in nature, traveling, meeting amazing people, bringing mindfulness and spirituality into business, and helping others see and share their light.
Ever since I can remember, I've been dedicated to raising the consciousness of people on the planet. Since I was about ten, I've had a deep-seated fascination for esoteric and spiritual study, energy medicine, whole-person healing, and human potential. Being trained in Reiki, Theta Healing, Matrix Energetics, Shamanic Medicine, meditation, dreamwork, intuitive development, and five decades of lived experiences has helped me facilitate deep transformation for the conscious leaders and companies I work with.
For the last decade, my business partner, Jeff Shuck, and I have helped thousands of conscious leaders, businesses, and non-profits grow in revenue, impact, and fulfillment. Before becoming co-owner of Plenty, I started my professional career at the University of Utah Neuropsychiatric Institute, working with in-patient children, adolescents, and adults. Later, I founded and ran several companies focused on executive coaching human potential, community building, technology and wellbeing. Before those entrepreneurial voyages, I was Chief Innovation Officer and General Manager of Consulting at SunGard, a Fortune 500 company.
I earned my B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science, Psychology, and Coaching from the University of Utah. Before moving to Utah, I played Division 1 lacrosse and field hockey at the University of Delaware. I later brought the sport of women's lacrosse to Utah through my first non-profit organization, teaching women leadership, teamwork, and initiative on and off the field.
Having lived in Park City, Utah, for nearly three decades, I cherish every moment spent in our beautiful mountain town with my husband, two children, and golden-doodle named Toby. The opportunity to embrace an outdoor, healthy lifestyle surrounded by family and friends fills me with gratitude every day.
Coming Soon: Latest Writtings
I love to write. Since I was a little girl, poetry, words, and expression have always come easily to me. I heal, grow, and awaken when I share what I am learning. Here you’ll soon be able to find some of my latest reflections, inspired by my commitment to becoming the best person I can be, in both the written word and spoken on podcasts. Maybe they will help you, too.
