"The Lantern Leadership retrreat was exactly what I wanted it to be. There was lots of time to do introspective work, it was nice to go deep in a cozy and supportive space. Jen and Jeff were excellent at guiding the conversation but left plenty of room for topics to flow naturally. The entire group was kind, caring, and invested in this type of retreat from day one, and by the end of it, my cup was not only refilled, it was overflowing. I cannot recommend Lantern Leadership enough to anyone who is looking to get re-energized, open themselves up to new thought patterns, or is just looking to get some validation that they're on the right path.
