"While I had heard great things about others' experiences at Lantern, I was not prepared for just how good it would be. The curriculum is very intentionally designed to encourage deep exploration of your life and your values. The interactions and feedback from fellow participants were insightful and the opportunities to be out in the beautiful hillside surrounding HeartSpace were so helpful in taking it all in and reflecting on our experiences.
