"For the past two weeks, this self-proclaimed non-morning-person has been getting up early to exercise before my work day in an effort to create a new morning routine. My goal is for my morning routine to includes exercise, meditation, and time for breakfast outside before going to work...and to still get to work on time. This has included a shift to going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. Your spring equinox meditation was a beautiful affirmation for me. Thank you!"
