"I first experienced Lantern in 2019 and knew I had to come back for Lantern II. There's nothing like it. I've spent years trying to separate my personal and professional lives. Lantern helped me understand that I have one life, and leadership principles apply to all of it. This beautiful place is the ideal environment to decompress and shed the armor that builds over time, ultimately keeping me from growing as a mother, a partner, and a leader. After four days of connecting with others, I leave rejuvenated with a more profound sense of calm. And I'll never underestimate the power of nature in facilitating the process.
