Stretched But Supported

I think Jeff and Jen do an incredible job of curating the experience in a way where you're stretched but you're supported, you're comfortable but then you're uncomfortable. They have the right amount of control and openness that they architect an experience that feels really organic and it feels there's definitely waves to it."
