"I have always known that my purpose is to make the world a better place for all beings. That purpose guided me in becoming a yoga teacher 20-25 years ago. It also guided me in starting a nonprofit and animal sanctuary called Sage Mountain. I often got caught up in what degrees I didn't have and a tremendous amount of self-doubt. What I walk away with from Lantern is the ability to trust myself and inner knowing. To rely on that light that is always on. I don't need to micro-manage others anymore. I can let go, allow others to step in, shift my focus to other aspects of my potential, and be open to possibilities while encouraging others to do the same. I am very grateful for Lantern."
