During these times of disruption leaders are not only made, leaders are revealed. We each lead our families, our places of work, our communities, and our tribes in a myriad of ways.
As you navigate these times of uncertainty, remember that a conscious leader sees what is. This means that we each have an opportunity to recognize what is in front of us. We don't have to minimize it, or exaggerate it. We simply have to recognize it.
From that recognition, we can find an acceptance that leads us to a place of free action, action without anxiety or imagining.
