Celebrating 20 Sessions of Lantern, Plenty's Retreat For Conscious Leaders

In 2016, we knew in our hearts that there was a place – and a need – for a different kind of leadership retreat. We had an overwhelming belief that we could and would create a place of calm, connection, awakening, and confidence. And we knew there were leaders who wanted something different for the world – something deeper, conscious, and more connective than all the topical conferences and tactical workshops we saw around us.

But still, it took more than one leap of faith to invest the time and money to get our dream off the ground. It took courage to stay the course and practice what we preached. 

Most of all, it took conscious leaders who took the leap with us and invested in themselves, their souls, and their light. 

Two weeks ago, we had the joy of welcoming sixteen conscious leaders from all corners of the country to our twentieth Lantern retreat! British Columbia, Florida, Arizona, Iowa, Wisconsin, Texas, Michigan, Washington, and Utah were all in the house at HeartSapace. To say we are basking in the Lantern Glow is an understatement—these special lights left such a mark on our hearts. 

Lantern is more than a retreat—it’s a journey into self-discovery, awakening, and alignment of being. It's not a retreat that will tell you what to do to become a better leader; it's a retreat for yourself and your soul that will help you remember how you want to BE. 

Sixteen strangers now bonded by the light - seeing it in themselves and looking for it in each other. If this can happen here (in such a short time), it can happen anywhere.
