Tactics, while incredibly important, aren't enough to create large-scale or long-term change. Silos, competition, politics, misalignment, and reluctance to say what needs to be said are often barriers for companies of all types. After all, organizations of made up of people. People have human issues.
The new paradigm we are living in requires leaders and team members to share more openly and honestly than ever before. We have to be willing to connect as people to one another and to what matters to us. The increasing pace of daily life is calling forth a new level of presence and agility.
