Celebrating the Closing of a Cycle

Jennifer Mulholland
May 7, 2020
Full moons mark the ending of cycles. The swell of the light invites us to release, let go, and surrender what we’ve outgrown, what has become less useful, and what no longer serves us.
It seems all to fitting and timely to bear witness to this one as we begin to slowly emerge out of the Great Pause that Covid-19 has gifted us with. It’s not insignificant that May's full moon (exact on May 7th at 4:45am MST) is the last Super Moon of 2020, either. Just maybe we are really ready to transition to a new society, a new way of being, a new value system, and a new expression of our humanity.
As the pure, white light shines forth on earth, we are given clarity of sight to see the gifts in our growth – to bring forward what serves us and release what doesn’t. May this guided meditation help you calm, center, and create who you are ready to be. May you receive the light, breathe the light, and become the light that you are. We need you to shine it!
Find a comfortable seat and tune in.

On a piece of paper, answer the following questions:
  1. What beliefs or habits no longer serve me?
  2. What am I willing to release?
  3. What is emerging in me? What wants expression now?
